How to - Grant a user permission to rollback a referral status
If a referral has been moved on to the next stage accidentally, it is possible to roll the referral back to the previous step, for example, Accepted to Pending. Only users with a role that includes the referral rollback permission can perform this task.
NOTE: Changing permissions will change it for all users associated with the role

Grant a role referral rollback permissions
Select Users and Roles and then select Roles. This will display a list of all of the roles currently set up for your organisation.
For the role that you want to allocate referral rollback permissions, select View and then Edit permissions.
Scroll down the page and there is an option for Referral rollback, select this and then Save the permissions.
This will now give all of the users with this role the ability to roll a referral back to the previous stage.
