The Guide to PRIMHD Activity Collection and Use provides detailed information about each T-Code and when to use them.
The Guide to PRIMHD Activity Collection and Use includes different scenarios and explains the PRIMHD activity settings in detail. If you’ve reviewed the guide and are still unsure which T-Code to use, reach out to your funder for clarification.
Health New Zealand can provide guidance on which T-Code and setting to use and what activities they expect to be reported. For assistance with how to use Recordbase to record the data for reporting, contact Wild Bamboo.
Do All Activities Go to PRIMHD?
No, not all activities are sent to PRIMHD. In Recordbase, the T-Code and Breakdown determine which activities are extracted to PRIMHD.
Key Points to Remember:
- Breakdowns do not go directly to PRIMHD. Only the Setting, T-Code, date, and time of the activity are sent to PRIMHD.
- Breakdowns are used internally in Recordbase to help with reporting and determining which activities should be sent to PRIMHD. Your organization might find it helpful to record internal activities that the MOH does not need, such as administration, travel, or booking/reminder phone calls.
- If an activity has both contact and non-contact breakdowns, only the contact time will be reported to PRIMHD (except for activities coded as T08 and T35).
