Activities - with an activity date after the referral discharge date - how to prevent their entry

An activity can be entered with a date after the referral discharge date.�

The ability to enter an activity after the referral discharge date is controlled by role permissions.�

Note: It is not possible to enter activities dated prior to the referral start date.�

To see what activity role permissions, a role has:

• Go to Administration -> Roles
• View the required role
• Select�
• If users can enter activities on closed referrals, under the Activities role permission for Recently discharged referrals and/or Closed referrals, they will have permissions of either:
  
  • Read|Edit|Create
  • Read|Edit|Create|Delete
  • Read|Edit|Create|Delete|Admin

e.g.

• To remove the�ability to enter an activity after the referral discharge date from role permissions, select one of the following options under both�Recently discharged referrals and Closed referrals:
  • No access
  • Read only
  • Read|Edit

e.g.

Please note: If you change the role permissions on activities for the recently discharged and/or closed period to any of the below, the user/s will not be able to back date any activities:

• No access
• Read only
• Read|Edit

All activities will need to be entered in before discharging the referral.
