How to delete an activity
If an activity has been added to the wrong client file or entered incorrectly, you can permanently delete it from Recordbase.
Deleting an activity requires the correct permissions, if you do not see the delete option, talk to your organisation's Recordbase superuser to delete the activity.
Note: If the activity was recorded under the wrong team, be sure to document any relevant details before you delete it, so you can easily re-enter the activity later.
To delete an activity
- Select the client you want to delete the activity for
- Click Activities
- Click View
- Click Edit
- Scroll to the bottom of the activity
- Click Delete
