How tos
I have accepted a referral that I shouldn't have. What do I do?
Rolling the client's referral status back to a previous status can only be performed by a user with the referral rollback permissions. Please contact your organisation's Recordbase administrator if you require the referral status rolled back.
If a referral has been moved on to the next stage accidentally, it is possible to roll the referral back to the previous step, for example, Accepted to Pending.
To roll back a referral have a look at doing a Referral rollback
If you need to grant a user permissions to roll back referrals check out How to - Grant a user permission to rollback a referral status
