How to find the Recordbase client ID number

The Client ID is a unique identifier used to confirm a client’s identity. Using the Client ID helps protect sensitive information and ensures communications are handled securely and in line with sector requirements.

You can find the Client ID in the top information box on both the Client Dashboard and Personal Details screens. It appears in the bottom-right corner of this box.
