How to find the client ID number

Using a client ID helps protect sensitive information and aligns our communication processes with sector requirements.

As emails are not confidential rather than providing the client's name, please provide their client file ID number.

The Client ID number is found in the top box of both the client dashboard and Personal details screens, in the bottom right corner:
