How to request a data fix

If data has been added to a client incorrectly and your organisations Super User is unable to correct it, or there is a lot of information that needs to be moved, the Wild Bamboo support team is able to fix up the errors.

Requesting a data fix

Send a data fix request to support@wildbamboo.co.nz  with the following information

  • The client's initials and client file ID number (See How to - Find a client file ID number to get a client file ID number)
  • A detailed list of the data to be fixed, for example
    • List of activities to be moved
    • Referral details
    • Employment plan date and title
  • If the data is to be moved, then to where
