How to change the team on the Referral
1. Select Referrals from the client�s menu
2. Select�View�for the referral of concern.
3. Select�Edit
4. Click on the Team drop-down arrow and select the correct team

5. Re-choose the Referring Organisation.
6. Select Save�

Why can't I change the team on the referral?
If there are activities or employment plans entered against the referral, the team will be locked and the below message will display. Don't panic there is a fix.
The fix depends on the situation
If there are a small number of activities associated with the referral you can delete the activities, change the referral and then re-enter them
Don't forget to copy any important information first (especially notes), for re-entering the activities later.

If there is a large volume of activities or employment plans associated with the referral then a data fix is required. See�How to - Request a data fix�for instructions on requesting a data fix.
Make sure you include
- The client's initials and the client file ID number (See�How to - Find a client file ID number�to get a client file ID number)
- The Activity Types, Classifications and Breakdowns on the activities, need to be in the team set up, for the team they are to be re-pointed to - otherwise, the data fix will error.� If they are not, you will need to specify what to replace the Activity Type or Classification or Breakdown with.� Please provide these details in a spreadsheet.
- To check what Types, Classifications and Breakdowns are on the activities, run the Elite Person Activity Details report, for the team and date of the referral.� Filter on the Client's name.

- Name of the correct team.
- Details of the referral to be fixed - team name, received date, current status.
- That all activities connected to the referral are to change to the correct team.
- Spreadsheet of Activities, if any Activity types, classifications or breakdowns are to be replaced.� On the spreadsheet provide:
- The date and time of the activity
- The Activity type/classification/breakdown to be replaced
- What activity type/classification/breakdown it is to be replaced with
- Please do not provide any client-identifying details on the spreadsheet
- �Date and Title of the Employment Plan
