Deleting a group activity

Note: This requires the delete permission for group activities, please contact your organisation�s superuser if you do not have the required permissions.

Deleting a group activity removes it from all participants, if you want to remove it from a single participant or make changes to the group activity, you will want to�Edit a group activity.

Locate any of the clients that were recorded in the group activity screen and open their record, in�Activities�locate the activity in the calendar or list view.

In the calendar view, double click the activity or in the list view select�View. When the activity details are displayed select�Edit.

At the bottom of the activity, select�Delete and confirm the changes.

Once deleted a confirmation will be displayed.

You can now close the window.
