Protocols are a way to document a standard way of how to deal with situations arising when providing care events. A support worker can set up a protocol so that staff working with a client are aware of how to support the client with a task and minimise risks or issues.
The client dashboardProtocols that are currently recorded for a client are displayed on the client dashboard.
To see the details of a protocol, you can select it and it will display the full details. From here you can also edit or print the protocol.
The Back to dashboard link will take you back to the client's dashboard.
