Viewing protocols

Note: This requires the read permission for protocols; if you do not have read permissions protocols will not display. Please contact your organisation's superuser if you do not have the required permissions.

Protocols are a way to document a standard way of how to deal with situations arising when providing care events. A support worker can set up a protocol so that staff working with a client are aware of how to support the client with a task and minimise risks or issues.

Protocols that are currently recorded for a client are displayed on the client dashboard.
