Edit a protocol

Note: This requires the edit permission for protocols, please contact your organisation�s superuser if you do not have the required permissions.

Protocols are a way to document a standard way of how to deal with situations arising when providing care events. A support worker can set up a protocol so that staff working with a client are aware of how to support the client with a task and minimise risks or issues.

Editing a protocol

To edit a protocol, you need to view the details of the protocol. You can do this by either selecting the protocol on the dashboard or the view option on the protocols page.

Once you have the details of the protocol displayed there is an Edit option that you can select.

This enables you to change any of the details in the protocol fields, once you have finished select Save changes at the bottom of the page.
