How tos
Mark a protocol as historic
Protocols are a way to document a standard way of how to deal with situations arising when providing care events. A support worker can set up a protocol so that staff working with a client are aware of how to support the client with a task and minimise risks or issues.
When a protocol is no longer required you can mark the protocol as historic. This will remove it from the dashboard and current protocol list, but keeps the protocol recorded against the client in case the details of the protocol are required to be viewed again.

How to mark a protocol as historic
To mark a protocol as historic, select the protocol to view the protocol details and at the bottom of the page, there is an option to Mark as historic.
Selecting this will move the protocol to the historic protocol list and stop it displaying on the clients dashboard.
You can undo this and make the protocol current again, the mark as historic option changes to Mark as current, which, will re-add the protocol to the current list and redisplay it on the dashboard.
