Print a protocol

Protocols are a way to document a standard way of how to deal with situations arising when providing care events. A support worker can set up a protocol so that staff working with a client are aware of how to support the client with a task and minimise risks or issues.

Individual protocols can be printed to enable them to be kept in paper records as well as electronically.

How to print a protocol

To print a protocol, select a protocol to display the protocol details and select Print protocol.

A print preview is generated, and you can either download the protocol as a pdf file or you can print it.

To download the pdf file, select the download or save option (browser dependent) and follow the prompts.

To print the protocol, select the print option and send it to your printer.
