Activities
An activity is a record of the time a caseworker spends supporting a person. Activities are essential for generating many reports within Recordbase, which are commonly used for contract reporting.
Recordbase captures a range of information about each activity including:
- What the activity was about
- The time and duration of the activity
- The type of activity
- The classification of activity
- How the time was spent.
Activity List View
The list view displays all activities and gives you the option to view the details of the activity.
The list can also be filtered to display all, upcoming or past activities.
- All activities show all activities including upcoming activities and past activities
- Upcoming activities only show activities that are either today or in the future
- Past activities are any activities that happened yesterday or further in the past
Calendar view
The calendar view shows all activities entered for that person. The view can be displayed by:
- Month
- Week
- Day
You can also toggle through the months to see past activities or upcoming activities.
