Reviewing a protocol
Protocols include a review date to ensure they remain relevant to the client’s care. When the review date is today or in the past, the system will flag the protocol for review.
Note: You need edit permission for protocols to perform actions. If you do not have the required permissions, please contact your organisation's Superuser.
Reviewing a Protocol
Protocols include a review date to ensure they remain relevant to the client’s care. When the review date is today or in the past, the system will flag the protocol for review.
How to Review a Protocol
- Select the Protocols tab on the person's file
- Select View on the protocol that you need to review
- Select Review this protocol
- Review and update required information
- Select the Next review
- Select Create review
The review has now been created. All protocol reviews can be found at the bottom of the protocol page:
