Reset a forgotten Recordbase password

These steps will guide you through the process of resetting your password if you have forgotten it.

If you know your password, but just want to change it, go to Change your Recordbase password

1. Go to your Recordbase sign in page and select Forgot your password
2. Enter your email address and select Send verification code (this step is to verify your email account)
3. Enter the Verification code that was sent to your email address and select Verify code
   
4. Select Continue (your email has now been verified)
   
5. Enter a new password and select Continue
