Your Dashboard

Overview

The purpose of your Dashboard is to bring relevant important information to your attention
immediately after you first sign in. The Dashboard contains several information panels:

Recently viewed

This is a list of the ten most recently viewed clients, listed in the order you viewed them with most recent listed first. This is designed to give you quick access to the clients you most recently worked with, immediately from the moment you sign in.

Next to each client in your recently viewed list is a �New Activity� button. Click this button to go
straight into creating a new activity for this client.

Client validation summary

The client validation summary displays all issues relating to data quality requested by your organisation (not all organisations have these turned on). When you select the Client Validation warnings link it will display a list of client record issues. By default, this list shows clients within your current teams who have a validation warning.

  • You can switch this list to display only those clients where you are assigned as a case
    worker:

  • You can sort the displayed list by Person name and rule.
  • You can click on each rule notification and it will take you to the relevant screen to correct the validation warning.

In the example below, clicking on the highlighted row will open the corresponding client record, at the Outcome tool section, enabling you to quickly correct validation warnings.

  • After you have made the required changes or completed the missing details, select the client validation detail screen.
  • Select the item(s) you have just updated and click on the Delete selected button. This will remove the item from the list.

Please note that if you do not fix these issues and just Delete them from the list they will reappear
again on the next day after overnight validations are run.
The Export data button at the top of the screen will export the list of warnings to an Excel spreadsheet.

This is useful for administrators to give lists of warnings to the team or user responsible for correcting the validation warning. To facilitate this there are extra fields added to the report, other than those that appear on the screen. When exported, the report captures the following information:

  • Person name.
  • NHI number.
  • Rule.
  • Case worker.
  • Current areas.
  • Last discharged from area.

My KPI�s

A list of organisational KPI�s that have been developed for your organisation to assist in improving data quality and tasks/actions occurring at the correct times.

My tasks

A list of your clients� caseload tasks, reminders for the next seven days and any overdue items. Additionally, this section will display referral tasks, manually entered tasks and reviews. Reviews are resent in several screens and are typically denoted by a field called Review date or Action due.

Activities coming up (next 7 days)

A list of your scheduled activities within the next seven days, where your name has been recorded in an activity as one of the attendees.

My recent group activities

A group activity is a special kind of pre-configured activity that allows you to quickly record an activity that involves clients from more than one team at the same time.

This dashboard widget lists recent group activities that you have created, and also gives you the ability to create new and edit group activities and clone existing activities.
