How tos
Caseload Report
The Caseload report, displayed at the top of the Client screen, contains basic client information for each caseworker assignment. The report displays the information for each referral status as selected in the report criteria as of the date it was run. The Caseload report can be run by an individual or team depending on what is selected in the left-hand box (team or caseworker). The report is displayed as a PDF file and can be saved or printed.
If a client is discharged prior to the report being run and the caseworker's assignment end date is after the run date or has not been entered, then the report will display the client's details. If you are running the Caseload report for individual caseworkers and the caseworker's assignment end date was set prior to the report run date, then the client will not be displayed on the report. If you are running the Caseload report by team then the report will display all clients whether they have an assigned caseworker or not.
