Adding a purchase order to an ACC injury claim
Once an ACC claim has been created, purchase orders can be added to it. A claim may have many purchase orders within it. Each purchase order is linked to a single referral but can have many service units.
To add a purchase order, from the client dashboard:
- Click on the claim number of the injury claim which needs a new purchase order.
- Click the New purchase order.
- Choose the correct referral associated with the purchase order.
- Enter the purchase order number (if only one referral is open this will automatically default in).
- Enter the start date and choose the client team(s). The start date field has some 'short-cuts' (for today and the start of the referral) which you can click rather than enter the date using the calendar or keyboard.
- Click Create purchase order.
