How tos
Adding a service unit to a purchase order
Service units can be added to a purchase order after a referral has been chosen -- they are specific to the team a person has been referred into. Service units can be added as part of creating a purchase order or added after a purchase order has been created. Multiple service units can be created at once. Service units need to be enabled by Wild Bamboo.

From the main client screen:
- Click on the claim number of the injury claim which needs a service unit added.
- Click Edit.
- Click New line item.
- Choose the type of service which your client needs, then enter the quantity and requested date.
- If this service unit has been approved, you may also enter the approval date. The two date fields have some 'short-cuts' (for today and yesterday) which you can click rather than enter the date using the calendar or keyboard If necessary.
- You can add more service units by clicking the New line item button.
- Click Save purchase order.
IMPORTANT: unless correcting a "typo" in a service unit, we recommend creating new service units for additional work units of the same type!
