Generating ACC quotes

Recordbase has the ability to generate quotes for forwarding to ACC to enable payment of your purchase order. Generating a quote summarises the purchase order. It includes the service units within that order, the allotted service unit time, and the service unit costs in an ACC-approved format.

To generate a quote, from the main client screen (please note that this needs to be enabled by Wild Bamboo):

• Click on the claim number of the injury claim which needs a quote generated.
• Under purchase orders click Generate quote alongside the purchase order that you want to generate a quote for.
• The quote will be downloaded to your computer.
