Calculating used or available hours

ACC injury claims allow you to compare the hours worked against hours allocated to service units within a purchase order. This allows you to know how many hours you have remaining or if you are over budget. This function only works properly if you are selecting Relates to and the purchase order number when completing an activity.

To run the used hours report, from the main client screen (please note that this needs to be enabled by Wild Bamboo):

• Click on the claim number of the injury claim which needs a used hours report.
• Under purchase orders click Used Hours alongside the purchase order that you want to generate a quote for.
• The report will be downloaded to your computer.
