Personal Details
The Personal details screen contains extensive personal and demographic details regarding your client. Information has been grouped into sections, which makes it easier to find the information you need. Information captured includes:
- Personal
- A picture of the client
- Contacts
- Addresses
- Direct Relationships
- External Relationships � (if identified)
- Dependants
- Education background
- Employment background
- Family
- Contact details
- Addresses
- Reference numbers
- Physical description
- Transportation
- Cultural, Spiritual and Social.
Information in any of these sections is easily added to, edited, or removed using the clearly labelled buttons. Ensure to enter data in at least all mandatory fields (mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk *).
The above list of fields should only be used as a guideline as additional customised fields may be added to your organisations set-up or some of the names may have been customised for your organisation.
