Direct relationships

A direct relationship is recorded against the client record for the client that defines the relationship. This can be defined from the Relationships menu.

Add a direct relationship

• On the Relationships page, locate the direct relationships widget
• Click the New�button and you will be prompted to first search for the person you want to link to.

• If the person you want to add is displayed in the list of possible matches, highlight, click This client matches.

• This will take you to the Create new relationship screen where you add relationship type and start date then click Save.
