Health
The Health screen contains your client's health information. Information has been grouped into sections, which makes it easier to find and record the information you need.
As always, these screens may not be available depending on your organisations Recordbase set-up.

Overview
Information captured includes:
- Daily care events
- Smoking status
- Substances
- Treatment background
- Mental health conditions
- Physical health conditions.
Information in any of these sections is easily added to, edited, or removed using the clearly labelled buttons.
Where you see a �>� this indicates that more information is available � click on the line and this information will be displayed. Generally, this is audit information showing who added or edited the item, and when.
Many of the widgets on the health screen allow you to enter a comment against the entry. If a comment has been entered, an indicator is shown against the item:
