How tos
Changing the status of a Referral (inbound or outbound)
A referral can have one of four statuses. The Open referrals widget clearly identifies the referral status of each client referral (not previously closed referrals). Clients are also grouped by their status on the main Clients tab.
Changing the Referral Status
On the client Referrals screen, it has been divided into four sections: Inbound Referrals, Outbound Referrals, Absences and Hospitalisations.
- Click the View button for the referral you need to change the status for.
- Depending on the Referral status, the buttons will vary. Below is a summary of what each of the buttons does:
- Click the button required, ensuring to at least populate all mandatory fields then click Save.
- Once you amend a referral, the Referral status tab outlines the date of when the Referral status was changed, the status it was changed to, and any comments.
