How tos
Referral rollback
Rolling the client's referral status back to a previous status can only be performed by a user with the referral rollback permissions. Please contact your organisation's Recordbase administrator if you require the referral status rolled back.
The referral status can be rolled back if a referral is not in pending status or if there are no open referrals to the same team that will cause a conflict. In other words, you can't have two open referrals for the same team.
Additionally, if the client has an open employment plan then the referral cannot be rolled back from accepted to pending. In all cases where there is an issue with the rollback of a referral, you will receive an error message describing why you cannot roll the referral back.
When a client's referral is rolled back, all tasks associated with the previous referral status are removed.
Rolling back a client's Referral Status
- In the client's Referrals screen, click the View button for the referral you want to roll back.
- Click the Rollback to previous status button.
- Confirm the rollback request.
