Creating a Note
To add a new note from the client screen:
- Click Notes on the left-hand side menu
- Click New
- Enter Subject
- Enter Notes
- Select Type dropdown list to categorise the note (this step is optional and may not be visible if not configured for your organisation)
- Written on behalf of will default to Myself as the person signed into Recordbase. If required, enter another Recordbase user if the note has been written on behalf of somebody else (this step is optional)
- In the Secured against section select Team to secure the note to a specific team
- Click Save
