Physical/mental health conditions

These screens capture information about your clients mental and physical health. They both operate in the same way regarding entering information.

From the Health left-hand side menu select either physical or mental health condition.

This will load a new screen where you can pick the required information from a drop-down list, include if it is a current or historical condition and add any required comments.

Click create condition to save.
