How tos
Absences and Hospitalisations
In Recordbase, absences and hospitalisations can be recorded to indicate that a client is away from a team for a certain period.
If a client has an open referral, you have the option to create an absence or hospitalisation referral. Please note that you cannot create overlapping absences or hospitalisations, and Recordbase will show a message to indicate this.
If an absence or hospitalisation has been entered by mistake, it can be deleted by someone with the appropriate permission. When you provide an end date, the absence/hospitalisation will automatically end on that date. If the end date is not known, you will need to manually end the absence/hospitalisation at a later time.
