How tos
Activity conflicts
An activity can be created for a client, where they have an existing activity for the same date/time period. This is to enable organisations that may have multiple users attending the same activity with the same client to record their specific activity details. It also enables data collection for some of the PRIMHD reporting that have this requirement. Recordbase shows this as a Schedule conflict on the activity after the activity is saved to ensure these types of activities are identified because not all funders allow this type of data collection.

Conflict Flags
Activity conflict flags are displayed on the top left-hand corner of the client activity screen when one of the following events occurs:
- The client has been added to another activity with an overlapping date and time range.
- The caseworker has been added to another activity with an overlapping date and time range.
- Ideally, conflicts should never occur, however, if they do it is important to fix the scheduling conflicts where the client has multiple activities at the same time. It is less important to fix caseworker conflicts.
