Discontinuing/deleting Medication

To edit an existing medication record, navigate to the correct client and their medication page:

• Click the View button beside the medication you wise to edit.
• Choose discontinue/delete as appropriate.
• Note that you can�t delete a medication if there is a corresponding prescription.
• If you discontinue there is addition information that must be completed.
