Recordbase allows the caseworker to attach files to clients' records. This means paper forms and documentation can be scanned and securely recorded against the client in Recordbase. There is a restriction on the size of a file that can be uploaded, and we have a standard list of file types that can be attached. These file types can be amended if needed. If you try to upload a file that is too big or of the wrong type you will receive an error message.
There is also a standard list of document types however this can also be amended to better reflect the names of documents you may be saving into Recordbase. Documents can be categorised as current, archived or deleted and can be selected using these links on the top right-hand side of the attachments screen.
