Alerts
Overview
Sometimes staff need to be alerted to important information about a client. This information would need to be prominent in the client�s dashboard to let staff know. The alerts feature allows you to enter a piece of information to be displayed on the client�s main dashboard, either indefinitely or for just a set period of time.
Alerts have an alerting banner on the client dashboard to promote awareness at a glance. This banner highlights the important information that any user needs to be aware of when working with the person and includes alerts, flagged risks and flagged attachments. If a client has no alerts, no flagged risks, and no flagged attachments, then the alerting banner will not display at all.
