Attaching a document

To add a new attachment, from the client screen click Attachments on the left-hand side menu:

  • In the top right-hand corner click either Bulk Attach or New depending on how you wish to upload your documents.
  • For bulk attach you are provided with the below screen which allows you to add the files quickly.

  • You can either drag the files from your computer folder and drop them into the box or click on the words inside the box to manually navigate to the required folder.
  • Click Save and you will be returned to the main attachment screen. Please note that you are unable to name your documents via bulk attach so you need to ensure that the file name of your document is relevant.
  • For single document attachment, once you have clicked new you will be presented with the following screen:

  • You can either drag the files from your computer folder and drop them into the box or click on the words inside the box to manually navigate to the required folder.

  • In the next part of the screen you enter the name of the document, any description, if you want it to be archived (discussed below), the type (a custom drop-drop down list which helps you confirm if certain documents have been uploaded) and if the attachment needs to be flagged on the main dashboard of the client.

  • The last part of the screen allows you to secure the attachment against the current team. This means that if the client is referred into another team in your service, they won�t be able to view this attachment.
