Employment Plan Tasks
Tasks can be optional or mandatory depending on criteria selected by the organisation in the employment plan template. This allows an organisation to clearly distinguish between business-specific and situation-specific tasks.
Mandatory tasks are automatically generated by Recordbase when a client's employment plan is advanced through the phases. Mandatory tasks are displayed clearly with the word "Mandatory" in green at the end of the task subject line. All mandatory tasks need to be completed before you can advance a client's employment plan to the next phase.
When a plan is closed all tasks are automatically cancelled and the task status will reflect this status.
Use the filter at the top of the tasks tab to display Outstanding, Completed, Cancelled or All tasks.
Tasks created through the employment plan screen are also visible in the Tasks screen available on the left-hand side of the Client screen.
