How tos
Vocational activities
The available options will depend on your role within the organisation.
Vocational activities can be any work or study that is part of an employment plan which is not the outcome (paid permanent employment). This can include work experience, volunteer, and temporary work. It could be paid or unpaid. It could even eventuate into a paid job (the outcome of the plan).

To add a new vocational activity:
- Select New to add a new vocational activity.
- A vocational activity is not directly linked to a single employment plan. When a vocational activity is created it will be displayed in all open client employment plans. If the vocational activity is closed before the start of an employment plan it will not show in the Vocational activities tab. However, these vocational activities will be displayed in the Employment history section.
- Select the View button to Edit, Delete or End job for existing vocational activities.
- The Resume job button will be displayed if the vocational activity has been ended. Use the Resume job button if the client wishes to resume this activity.
