Additional information about Health and safety
Note that a small amount of information on each incident is shown on the clients dashboard view. This is limited to the date the incident occurred, the subject and the current owner is listed; no other information on the incident is viewable.
Recording an incident must be done in the correct sequence e.g. 1) Originator, 2) Investigator and 3) Reporter.
Details of an incident can only be viewed by:
- Those directly involved in the event i.e. the originator, investigator and reporter of that incident, or
- Those where the incident has been shared with other Recordbase users (also known as collaborators).
- A Health and safety Team administrator (a user explicitly given access to see all incidents assigned to the team as specified in the Health and safety event or the event has a client involved that is in a team they have access to, or
- A Health and safety administrator.
The Severity Assessment code, displayed on the main Health and safety tab, is the result of an algorithm that works out severity versus likelihood.
