Accepting incident ownership

Before the investigator can take any action, they need to accept the incident.

• In the Health and safety tab, find and open the incident (if not already open). Alternatively, click on the link from the notification e-mail.
• Click Dashboard (if not displayed already) from the left-hand side menu
• This will launch to the Dashboard. Click Accept Incident. The incident will now be listed in the Under-investigation section.
