How tos
Closing an Incident
Once an incident has been reviewed and completed by the reporter, the incident status should be changed to Completed. Once this has been completed no further editing can be done.
- In the Health and safety tab, find and open the incident (if not already open), Click Dashboard from the left-hand side menu.
- Click Close incident. The status is now displayed as Completed on the Dashboard.
Once the incident status is set to Completed, the incident will be listed in the Completed section on the Health and safety tab.
