How tos
Suspend and resume incidents
Incidents can be suspended and resumed at specific stages in the health and safety workflow. Only the current owner of the incident or a Health and Safety administrator is able to suspend or resume an incident.
These stages are:
- Pending
- Under Investigation
- Review in Progress.
When an incident is suspended, it means that the incident is put on hold and therefore can't be edited while it is in a suspended state. There could be several reasons as to why an incident may need to be suspended.
