How tos
Submitting an incident to the Investigator
To submit an incident, you need to have the incident open. In the Health and safety tab, find and open the incident.
- Click Dashboard from the left-hand side menu (if not already there)
- Click Submit for investigation.
- From the list displayed, select an investigator then click Save.
Once the incident has been submitted to the investigator, the investigator will be notified by email to inform them that an incident has been assigned to them.
The status of where an incident is at is listed on the Dashboard of the incident screen.
The Dashboard is read-only, so you can't make changes to it. It also lists the summary details of an incident e.g. Incident number, date occurred, who it was reported by, the status and any recent notes.
