How tos
Investigator
Once an incident has been submitted to the investigator, the investigator will receive an email advising them they are required to take action on the incident.
They will also be able to see that an incident is now listed in Assigned to investigator in the Browse panel on the left-hand side of the Recordbase screen.
An investigator has 4 options available to them (depending on permissions); Rollback to originator, Accept ownership, Transfer ownership and Remove (if they are the originator of the incident).
