Account Management - Activities
Account Management activities are designed to log time and events that do not pertain to specific clients. These activities often include non-client-related meetings or promotional events happening in schools or the community.
When it comes to managing Account Management activities, the process is quite similar to handling client-based activities. However, there are three key distinctions:
- You must manually input the time when the activity took place.
- Unlike client-based activities, there is no breakdown, and the activity type and classification are chosen from a different drop-down list.
- You have the option to specify the audience size for the activity.
