My Graphs - Activities by day
The Activities by day graph provides a different perspective on how quickly activities are recorded.
In this graph, each activity is represented by two key elements: a full green line, which indicates the exact time when the activity occurred, and a dot, showing when it was recorded in Recordbase.
By looking at the time between the green line and the dot, you can easily determine how timely the data entry is. If the dots closely follow the green lines, it means that activities are being recorded promptly. However, if there is a significant gap between them, it suggests delays in recording.
This visual representation provides a clear and intuitive way to assess whether users are entering data on time. It helps organisations identify any delays and ensures more efficient workflows.
