How tos
My Graphs Latency
The Latency graphs show the time between when an activity occurs and when it is documented in Recordbase.
The graph you see is a visual representation of latency. It shows the expected time frame (in green) for recording activities and helps to monitor whether your data is being recorded within an acceptable window.
By default, this time window is set to 15 minutes. However, this value is customisable based on the needs of each organisation.
By regularly reviewing the latency graph, organisations can identify patterns in delayed documentation and address underlying issues. This could involve improving workflows, optimising performance, or providing additional training to staff.
