The Snapshot report has been designed for organisations running supported employment services. It is accessible under the caseworker view. This report provides a graphical view using pie charts and tables for selectable pre-set day ranges. The report contains many key performance measures regarding caseloads, referrals, organisational effectiveness, productivity and other IPS related indicators. The report is displayed as a PDF file and can be saved or printed.
Important information: This report shows the results from the previous day's activities. Any changes made to the client's Employment plans will not be reflected in this report until the following day.
Notes for all sections
The reporting period is inclusive. So for example the period 1 July 2021 to 31 July 2021 includes all data from midnight on 1st of July 2021 to 11:59:59 pm on 31st of July 2021.

Employment plan activity hours (pre-job) | The total time expressed in hours spent in activities where the consultant was an attendee and which occurred during the report period and was related to an employment plan with no outcome job or an outcome job starting after the activity ended. |
