View Data, Export Data or Run Report?

These three buttons all produce the same sets of data, just in a different format

View Data

The data is presented within the Elite window and has the look and feel of a spreadsheet. Data
can be grouped; to do so drag and drop a column header into the Drag a column to this area
to group by it.

Export Data

This will export the data into Excel. Apply filters, graph your data etc. as required. This is the only
option available for Extract reports.

Run Reports

Data will be presented in a report layout within the Elite window, with the report criteria
displayed at the top.
