How to add a client to a Blacklist
The Blacklist feature in Recordbase prevents a user from seeing a specified Client's record and associated data.
- Click on Users and Roles
- Click on Users
- Select the Recordbase User from the list
- Click on Blacklist
- Click on Add
- Click on Person and enter the name of the client
- Click on Start Date and enter the date the Blacklist will start
- Click on the Requested By field and enter the name of the person who has requested the Blacklist
- Type the Reason for the Blacklist
- Click on Save
