Extracts

This screen is only relevant to organisations who have contractual requirements to provide extract reporting for the likes of PRIMHD for the New Zealand Ministry of Health or QDC for the Victorian state government in Australia.

The following documentation uses PRMIHD as the example and where the Extract screen gives users the ability to view the PRIMHD extracts that have been sent and manage the errors contained in the acknowledgement file received from the New Zealand Ministry of Health.

Once the PRIMHD extract has been sent to PRIMHD, the Ministry of Health will return an acknowledgement file that contains the errors that require correction. At this point, a Recordbase user in the organisation will receive an automated email to advise of this. As to who this is, depends on the permissions that are set up as far as extract management is concerned.

  • Select the Administration menu located at the top left of the Recordbase home page
  • Select Extracts from the displayed menu
  • The screen, displayed, will list any extracts (acknowledgements) if available: if none are available then an appropriate message will be displayed - note that the most recent acknowledgement will always be listed at the top of the screen
  • Select View to view the details for extracts file if available
